    Hi,

    I know this has been raised on a few forums but I cant resolve this with the info provided.

    I have membership products and when signed out of site I add product to basket then when viewing basket I get “Your basket is currently empty.”

    Anybody got an upto date fix?

    Everything green on status of woocommerce – like I say I have followed a few older forum supports with no joy.

    From what you describe this sounds like a possible cache which is activated on your site or web host which is caching the cart and not updating the data.

    Do you have a link to the product on the site which we could add to cart and see this behaviour?

    Hi there @pipebandworld

    Trying this out from my side, I was able to add the Gold Membership to my basket and go through to the checkout page without a problem.

    Looks like this is resolved so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
