PayPal Payment Pending!?

    Hey,

    I have a problem with the PayPal Payments, they are flaged as “canceled”, but the payment is already in the PayPal Account recieved.

    So money is there, but order is marked as canceled!?

  • Could you turn on the debug log for PayPal, run a test purchase of your own, and see if any errors or anything off is showing in the logs?

    I also suggest running through this troubleshooting guide, especially testing the plugins part as one of them might be messing with the information sent to PayPal.

    I changed some informations because of data privacy.

    The system status shows that you’re running cURL Version: 7.29.0 NSS/3.28.4, could you upgrade that to 7.56.1, OpenSSL/1.0.1t instead? (If we’re to believe this comment, NSS doesn’t work anymore with PayPal).

    I’d also suggest running through the IPN debug guide at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/#section-4 .

    I updated that. But it could not be the problem. I have a few more WooCommerce Stores running on the same Server.

    If the order status is set to cancelled, then that usually means that your site hasn’t received the IPN from PayPal within the window set by **WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Hold Stock**.

    As @eri32s98 mentioned, you’ll need to take a look at the IPN debug guide:

    Received invalid response from PayPal PDT

    Our cURL Version is 7.50.3, OpenSSL/1.0.2j

    Is this happening to anyone else?
