    Hi JetPack technical team.

Recently I installed the JetPack plugin and activated the Related Post module to my blog https://www.androidflashtools.com/ and expecting the module to work but in reality the related post not showing but in Preview on Customize the related posts showing up on every post so what’s the problem that caused this problem to happen and what’s the solution for me.

    Thank you.

    Nagib :).

While your site is publicly accessible, we cannot access your site’s XML-RPC file:
    https://www.androidflashtools.com/xmlrpc.php

This file is used by Jetpack and other plugins and apps to connect to your site. It must return the following message:
XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.

You can see a working example here:

    https://jetpack.com/xmlrpc.php

Since your site returns a 403 – Forbidden error for this page, I would recommend that you check the following:

    1) Do you use any security plugins that may block access to this file? If so, could you try to disable them? You might also want to check your site’s .htaccess file for any rules that might be blocking access to the xmlrpc.php file.

    2) Does your hosting provider block access to this file? If you don’t find any plugin that may block access to the file on your site, I would recommend that you get in touch with your host.

Once we are able to access your site’s xmlrpc.php file, you should be able to connect Jetpack to WordPress.com properly, and that should fix the Related Posts issue.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi! I see that you *just* reconnected Jetpack about 15 minutes ago. I also see that we have not yet finished synching up your information to the WordPress.com servers (where we do the Relatedness calculations). Lastly, Related Posts results are cached for about 12h. So, have another look tomorrow and see if they show up by then. Let me know!
