    When admin change status, and send the mail notification, I recived this:
    Priority: {ticket_priority}
    Instead
    Priority: Hight, Midium or Low
    Regards.

    Hi,

    Will you please goto Support Plus > Email Templates and recheck there is correct spelling of ticket_priority.
