    Hi ya,
I’m looking to have a WordPress Multisite, with a main site for general members, and a subsite (using a subdomain) for staff. So on the Members site, I would like this plugin to do what it does so well and import the members/contacts from CiviCRM.

And then assign them all to the Members site as users depending on their membership status.

Then on the staff site, I want to manually allow users to have access. Not everyone from the CiviCRM import.

I’m still learning CiviCRM and WordPress, so if I’m misunderstanding something or have missed some piece of information, I’m glad to be pointed at a page, or search terms to find out more.

    Cheers,
    Norman

I would have CiviCRM WordPress Member Sync active and configured appropriately on the main site.

This doesn’t seem to me to require CiviCRM WordPress Member Sync to be active. You can simply add users to the staff site using the usual WordPress admin tools.
