No refund given, plugin did not work

    I purchased the premium add-on but the premium part would not activate – everytime I clicked the activate button after entering the license key, nothing happened.

    I wrote to the plugin seller and they did not respond for three days. When they did they asked to have my site login details. I was not willing to provide this and so I reinstalled the plugin and downloaded some screen recording software. I recorded the problem and they still then would not offer a refund.

    Do not purchase the premium version of this plugin as if it does not work for your site then you will not be able to get a refund.

    Very poor business ethics. I am now left with a non-working product and have paid $29 for the privilege plus wasted five hours of my time.
