I just want to make sure I’m doing this the right way. If I want to exclude files in a folder “/myfolder/” from being cached, do I simply put /myfolder/ in the “Do Not Cache URIs” field of the Excludes tab in settings? Meaning … is that the correct syntax?

I found the “?aa=bb” stuff in the instructions confusing – sorry if this is a silly question, and thanks in advance.

    Hi!

Not a silly question at all, and it’s helpful to us to know what instructions are difficult to understand. That way, we can fix them ??

So, yes, you are correct. To exclude anything in myfolder to keep from being cached, you would enter /myfolder/ in that box.

(For the record, that example was trying to explain that you only need to match partial strings. It was showing that mypage?aa= would match /mypath/mypage?aa=bb. Perhaps an example without a query string would have been less confusing!)
