Select and Upload file

It seems SELECT field and UPLOAD FILE don’t work. I wanted to add some SELECT field with few options, I added also UPLOAD FILE option. It seems to look OK on the front, but when sent – on destination email box there are only information about Name, Email and Message. There is no information about selected option from the SELECT field nor even small attachment from UPLOAD…. Any clues please? btw. I’ve tested it with few my emails, in each case information from SELECT field and UPLOAD is not visible.
