No Mailchimp Lists Found

    I found out my plugin is not seeing any lists with my Mailchimp account.I’ve tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling. I called Mailchimp about any potential blocking issues and they claimed there is no blocking or that would not be the issue. I am also seeing several error messages on the Account Overview screen:

    Warning: Illegal string offset ‘username’ in /home4/xxxxxx/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/yikes-inc-easy-mailchimp-extender/admin/partials/menu/account-details.php on line 53

    Warning: Illegal string offset ‘has_activated’ in /home4/xxxxxx/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/yikes-inc-easy-mailchimp-extender/admin/partials/menu/account-details.php on line 189

    Hi @smtcpa,

    Hmm. It sounds like a MailChimp blocking issue.

    Are you able to interact with the form builder at all? Can you edit a form? Create a new form? Is any of that functionality working?

    Mailchimp claims the API is working. But I noticed it on another Mailchimp form as well. They are still looking into it. But yes I can create a form, I just can’t see any of my MC lists.

    An inability to see your lists is almost always a blocking issue. I am surprised MailChimp said everything was fine – usually they tell users to contact their hosting companies. Have you tried contacting your hosting company and asking them to check if MailChimp is blocking traffic from your IP address to MailChimp’s API?
