front page template is gone

Hi everyone,
I use WordPress default theme (twenty eleven) and Elementor page builder for design some page, I try to separate the blog post page and home page, but my page setting of page attribute —> template —-> only have two selection: 1. default 2. Elementor page setting. There’s no front-end page setting like a lot of tutorials online have.

I deactivated the Elementor plugin, then the page template setting will be gone.
I just want to install some other theme, won’t show up my blog post page at home,
should I download a plugin for it or fix it?
