    All of a sudden the home page for my website goes back to my old website (non-wordpress) and it comes up with a redirection page which I set up, but the redirection doesn’t happen.

    I haven’t changed anything with the site lately, so wonder if its to do with the wordpress version update which recently occurred.

    I do use a redirect plug in, but that seems to be fully updated.

    Any ideas on how I can resolve this?

    Have you tried deactivating the redirection plugin and check if that’s causing the issue?

    Yes I have – but it doesn’t make any difference. Which indicates its not a problem with the redirection plug in.

    I have realised that I am unable to log into the plesk site of my hosting providing – I am assuming the two issues are linked somehow…

    Okay so I have received the below from our hosting provider:

    Good Afternoon,
    This migration has now been completed and your account has been copied to the new server, you can now use the following URL to login to your plesk control panel: https://cloud58.unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk:8443/
    If you have any websites that are using external DNS you can set them to use the following IP and this will connect them to the account on the new server: 149.255.60.177

    So I guess somewhere in Plesk / WordPress I need to update the IP address or something…? Any advice guys?
