Cannot reorder team members after last update

    After updating this plugin today, I can no longer reorder team members. It seems to revert to some kind of default order that is not reflected in the order of member entry nor in the database, where the correct order is recorded.

    Hi there,

    The update we did didn’t include any change in the ordering mechanism of the plugin. The only change was we added Import & Export tools to the plugin. Everything else should still be the same.

    I just tested re-ordering on a couple of the demo sites we have and it seems to be working as usual. The plugin uses a meta key sc_member_order to store the order of the team members.

    Check your PHP error log, or the console errors on the reorder page if there are any errors generated. If you’re a Pro version user with an active license, contact us through our helpdesk https://support.smartcatdesign.net/

    Check again and let me know if you’re still having issues, or if you have more details to help figure out what’s going on. As it stands, we’ve tested the plugin update on multiple installs and haven’t observed any bugs of this nature.

    I have the same problem. New members doesn’t show up, and I can’t reorder them. Latest version of both WordPress and Our Team.
