Order processing start to finish help please

    Hello everyone,

    I’m just finishing off a few steps on my website and added payment options yesterday (Stripe & PayPal). I was playing with google adwords and got an order last night.

    Well I’m used to the everything in one place and done for you system of eBay, a console where you see the order, print the order sheets and then mark as dispatched and can add tracking etc.

    What is in people opinions my best option for something like this on woocommerce? I see the order in my front end on wordpress and I have in this case a PayPal transaction for it. Woocommerce had already notified the buyer their order was placed, I can generate an order sheet from PayPal and manually notify them their order was shipped and create a personal shipping email I guess but surely there is a one stop shop type of setup I can implement?

    WooCommerce will handle most of this out of the box, but not all of it.

    * Once PayPal has confirmed the purchase, the WooCommerce order status will jump to “processing” – that’s your cue to ship out the products. Afterwards, change the order status to “completed” and WooCommerce will let the customer know.

    There are so many different shops on WooCommerce, so we aim for flexibility to set up your process as needed. That does mean a bit more work at the beginning, but that’s the tradeoff.
