Dealing with Home/Pages blog

So I’ve setup 5 pages and a blog. I’ve set one of the pages called “Photo’s” to be the home page using the Settings->reading pane. I’ve also setup a page called Blog and made that the posts page. This works great except that now I have a “Home” button that goes to the photos page and a photos button that goes to the same thing that the “Home” button goes too. I would like to just delete the “Photos” menu item but can’t figure out how.
