Form mail was not sent.

  • Hi.

    I install Advanced Forms, and create form group field, and displayed on front. The form work well. But when form is submited, data from form field not come to the mail.

    But success message is displayed.
    In admin Number of submissions is increases by one. But mail with data not come
    to Emails Notifications email.

    Hi!

    I’m sorry you are experiencing these issues, hopefully I can help out. Could you send a screenshot of what your form settings are under the “Notification” tab?

    It would be great if you could test email sending with a plugin such as Check Email. Just to make sure that the server is configured correctly for outbound emails!
