After Updating Woocommerce 3.1.1 into 3.2.1 the coupon url is not working

Hi,
Iam using WooCommerce Coupon Links plugin (https://github.com/cedaro/woocommerce-coupon-links) on my site for apply coupon via url.On woocommerce 3.1.1 when we clicking coupon url its automatically applying the coupon If the cart is empty, the coupon code will still be applied.After updating the woocommerce above the version 3.1.1 then the coupon is not automatically applying when cart is empty.Its only applying when cart have product then applying coupon via url.I want to apply coupon via url if cart is empty how that possible?
