Plugin not working

    Hello,

    I have installed the latest version of WooCommerce, in a multilingual website. For each e-book I have established some attributes (EPUB, PDF, MOBI) and I use Variations for the visitors to select the kind of e-book they want to download.

    After installing the plugin, there is no change for the free e-books, see for ex. here: https://www.setthings.com/en/e-books/translation-style-guide-for-european-union-member-states/

    I did not change the plugin settings. Is it possible to be a conflict with another plugin, or theme (I use Virtue as theme), or the plugin has problems with multilingual sites?

    Hi mate this currently isn’t supported, but will be in the future.

    However, if the way you’re using it there is the only way, a workaround would be to set the multiple file download display to “links only”, and instead of the product have variations, have each file available as a file to download.

    This will mean the product has multiple files, and the user will just click the link to download the version they want.
