• Hello,

I am trying to set this plugin up for a client who is selling one single product in two separate quantities, one book and one case of 12 books. We have decided that two buttons is fine, and it is set up on this page here: https://www.dealersalesfunnels.com/test-product/

    The test keys are active.

No matter which button you purchase from, either the 1 book or 1 case button, the checkout result page yields an amount of $299.97 (the price of 1 case), which is the amount for the case. How do we get the correct amount to show for each purchase respectively?

Is there something missing that would cause this? We want the checkout result page to show the amount of 1 book when the ‘buy 1 book’ is used and show the amount of 1 case when the ‘buy 1 case’ button is used.

Thanks for any help in advance!

Hi, can you share the two shortcodes you are using in the test-product URL page.

    Thank you

    Yes,

    They are: [accept_stripe_payment name=”Phone Sales Secrets x1″ price=”33.92″ quantity=”1″ description=”This price is for one copy. Enjoy!” button_text=”BUY 1 BOOK NOW” billing_address=”1″ shipping_address=”1″]

    AND

    [accept_stripe_payment name=”Phone Sales Secrets x12″ price=”299.97″ quantity=”1″ description=”This price is for 12 copies. Enjoy!” button_text=”BUY 1 CASE NOW” billing_address=”1″ shipping_address=”1″]

    Thanks!

Hi, the shortcodes looks okay to me.

Lets try something different. Can you test one shortcode on it’s own in a testing page. Then carry out a test? Report back with the outcome.

    Regards

    Hi

After testing a number of plugins I like this one the best! But I am having the same trouble as this person.

I would like multiple buttons with different currencies and amounts. I have used three buttons

    Europe
    [accept_stripe_payment name=”The Alpine Kitchen Cookbook” price=”40.00″ url=”https://www.thealpinekitchen.com/stripe-checkout-result/ button_text=”Buy Now 40€” currency=”EUR” shipping_address=”1″]
    UK
    [accept_stripe_payment name=”The Alpine Kitchen Cookbook” price=”35.00″ url=”https://www.thealpinekitchen.com/stripe-checkout-result/ button_text=”Buy Now £35″ currency=”GBP” shipping_address=”1″]
    Australia
    [accept_stripe_payment name=”The Alpine Kitchen Cookbook” price=”50.00″ url=”https://www.thealpinekitchen.com/stripe-checkout-result/ button_text=”Buy Now AU$50″ currency=”AUD” shipping_address=”1″]

The problem is on the check out page, email confirmation and the actual payment through stripe the amount is taken from the last button, not the button that was clicked!

I have moved the order around and proven this. The currency remains correct but not the amount.

    Is it possible to fix…?
    Thanks

@doriefish, can you try the following and give each product a different name. At the moment you have the same name for all three products “The Alpine Kitchen Cookbook”.

Give this a try and report back.

    Thank you
