pdf or print preview not loading

    Plugin is exactly what we want but when user clicks on icon the page reloads in new tab with query attached to url /?print=print or /?print=pdf and then nothing.

    I read in another support post about not compatible with PHP 7 is this still the case? I am not seeing any javascript issues or errors. Using minimal plugins on site so not seeing any conflict there.

    Hi!

    Please try to deactivate all of your plugins except PDF & Print by BestWebSoft and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, activate the plugins one-by-one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.

    Let us know about the results.

    Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce this problem on our local environment. Please provide the access credentials to your WordPress admin dashboard (with Administrator’s permissions) and the FTP credentials (host, username, and password), in order to detect the reason and find the solution.
