plugin doesnt work

  • Hi there!
    Just installed this plugin. I’m trying to get a label with telephone number like here https://www.etventure.de/leistungen/.
    However whatever I try, nothing appears. In appearance/widgets I created two html widgets with the number I’m trying to stick, “fixed” checked. When going to customize/widgets I can’t choose sidebar 1 or 2 (right/left) where I want to post the widget label.
    “Your theme has 5 other widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them.”
    Any help on this one?
    Could it be that Q2W3 isn’t yet compatible with wp v4.8.2 or graphene theme 2.0.4?

    Hi!

    Check your site for javascript errors. This is the first reason why the plugin is not working

    My mistake was understanding what columns are ??
    What I wanted to achieve was to get a sticky label on the right or left side of the page on the background (blue space in my case on abiria.ch). Is this possible somehow?

    It’s possible. You can stick custom html elements. Get element id and paste it in CUSTOM HTML IDs list in plugin settings page.
    But, html and css coding is on your side! )

    @max-bond will you releasing an update any time soon to support the latest version of WordPress? Thanks in advance
