I just upgraded to latest version of plugin and I get

[25-Oct-2017 11:17:33 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'GF_Fields' not found in /var/www/domain.com/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/integrations/gravity-forms/bootstrap.php:8

I even tried to delete plugin and reinstall new, and still gives that error. I do have an older version of gravity forms 1.8.9 to be exact. I just upgraded to latest version of GravityForms 2.2.5.8 and it no longer gives error.

You might want to recommend that users have at least version 2.0 of GravityForms.

Not a problem! I have an old copy of GF if you want me to send it to you for testing. Just let me know, you can email [email protected] if you need it.

Our developer already tackled the problem for the next version I believe. Thanks for the help!
