Space between Menu Sections

hi there,

When using a menu, when I put 2 menu sections on top of each other, there is no space between the 2 sections so everything looks cluttered.

I can get around this by creating 2 menus and putting a space block between the 2 menus but I would like to do this the proper way.

Please kind in mind my skill which is a full blown beginner.
