Shop Address vs customers location

  • Does this plugin offer the functionality that changes my shop base address based on a customers location?

    We have a UK office and US office. I want the shipping costs to reflect wherever the customers billing location is. So if they are in the US, my shop base address changes to the US office address and vice versa? Otherwise shipping costs are way to expensive
