Buttons do not shows css only links

then i login as admin i view buttons but as guest no ony text

The site you are linkin to doesn’t work if it’s suppose to show some image.

Are you using caching? That often disturbs the output when not logged in. Be sure to flush the cache.

any help? buttons shows only then logged in as admin. Cache plugins deleted but nothing new
