• Hello

I’m getting a 401 document moved issue with the Woocommerce shop page on my site after installing this plugin. To fix the page I have to deactivate this plugin and re-enable and its fine.

Any ideas to what would cause this?

    Cheers
    Matt

  • I’m not quite sure what might have caused that. Have you been able to reproduce the error since re-enabling Cache Enabler?

It’s happened 3 or 4 times now but i’m uncertain what the trigger is. At this moment in time it’s fine but i’m worried it will happen again. Each time it happens disabling the plugin and re-enabling fixes it.

Is there any additional information provided in your browser’s console? Also can you check your server’s logs when the issue occurs?

    I think it was mod_pagespeed
It’s not happened since I disabled it for the domain.

    So it happened again!
This time the trigger was when we launched and made available a product on woocommerce. When the product was made available to search, it caused the /shop/ page to break with 401 Document Moved.

    Cheers

Did you check the server logs after it happened? I’ve tested this a few times, however, was unable to reproduce the issue. Unfortunately, it sounds as though it might be a server-specific issue.
