“Show More” accounts link doesn’t work

  • We have many FB and Twitter accounts in SNAP. The SNAP module on the post page shows 5 accounts with “Show More” that should expand to display the rest of the accounts but clicking on it just making the link disappear without displaying the other accounts so there’s no way to use anything after the first five accounts.

    This is happening since 4.x. The Show More link DOES work in the SNAP settings area, but not on the post page.

    What is your plugin version? This issue was fixed 2 releases ago.

    4.0.4. Sorry, I just realized this area is for the free version but this is the paid version. (Helper version 1.4.4)

    Sounds like javascript is broken on your site. Please take a look at your debug console in any browser for Javascript errors.

    There’s no errors either on the post page or the SNAP admin page

    I did, I checked Safari, Chrome and FF.

    Was the 4.0.3 fix you mention above applied to both the SNAP Accounts page and the SNAP module on the backend post editor page? It works fine on the SNAP accounts page but doesn’t on the post page. Vanilla install tested.
