• When I try to edit are add a new post, I am unable to do so. Instead of a cursor, I get a 4 arrow icon in it’s place. I cannot see my text or visuals. If I click on the expand icon on the right side (under visual/text) I can edit, but I can’t save, or schedule posts or do anything extra.

I have tried checking the plugins and nothing changes the status. All of them are also up to date. Two days ago, I was able to make edits/changes and save everything.

I don’t know how to fix this and have search for similar issues in the forums, but find nothing.
    Please help! Thank you!

Please do not post your email address in these forums again. That’s not appropriate and not how these volunteer run forums work.

Please try the following temporary steps to troubleshoot:

    • Switch to the Twenty Seventeen theme
    • Deactivate all of your plugins, no exceptions
    • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
    • Re-login and visit the post editor

Do you still get the problem when you do that?
