Use contact form 7 to email “message received” mail to sender

    Just getting the obvious out of the way:
    – To send an email to a listing owner the site requires you to login
    – When logged in, your email is registered in the system

    With that we know that we have the email of the user sending a message to a listing owner (all listings also require a login, naturally).
    Is it possible to hook into CF7 and send an email to the SENDER, much like the notification “Your message have been sent”?

    I would like this to state something like “Thank you for using Lels List. Your message has been sent”. Just simple stuff.

    Is there an API somewhere? I have been unable to find it so far
