    Suddenly it won’t load the recaptcha part of the login screen. When attempting login the error: ERROR: Google reCAPTCHA verification failed. Do you have JavaScript enabled?”
    appears.

    I’ve tried local and server troubleshooting including removing or turning off plugins.

    Is anyone else having this issue? Perhaps a 4.8.2 thing? A google hiccup?

    Thanks

    Hi guys,

    I’m sorry, could you try a new version 2.8 of this plugin, please?

    Hi,

    I’m struggling to get into my website. I go to the log-in page and i get this error;

    Google reCAPTCHA verification failed.

    Please can someone help as I need to update my website and am unable to at the moment.

    Thank you
    Paula

    Hi @pgreene18,

    I’m sorry for that. No idea what could be wrong.

    Maybe you have saved wrong keys. Try to login via FTP access and temporary rename plugin folder (/wp-content/plugins/simple-google-recaptcha) – disable the plugin.

    After rename you will be able to login. When you will be logged in, try to rename plugin folder back to the original name and check&repair the keys in reCAPTCHA settings.
