    Looks like the plugin has had a stroke (or more like your server). Brought our whole website offline to the public (admin screens work fine), but main page wouldn’t load. I tried everything trying to figure out what was causing it until I started bouncing around browsers.

    When I tried Firefox, I finally cracked it. The status bar at the bottom while it was waiting to load said waiting for handshake with ourcustomname.api.oneall.com, and it was stuck there and didn’t change. I went back and disabled the plugin, poof, everything came back online.

    Something dumped somewhere ??

    Hello,

    thank you very much for your feedback. The plugin is loaded asynchronously, it should not block the loading for your website. Could you please make sure that you have enabled the asynchronous load in the settings of the plugin?

    I also checked our SSL certificate and I could not detect any issues. Do you still have the problem?

    It was just that one time. It eventually began working later that day. I eventually kept it re-enabled, but removed it from the widget section in the footer and isolated it only to the login page. This way, if something like this happens again, it won’t take the entire site with it.

    Synchronous JavaScript was selected. It has now been changed. We should have screen captured the status information from the FireFox browser.

    Hello,

    thank you very much for the details. I will have a closer look at our system.
    If you enable the asynchronous mode, the plugin will never affect your website, even if it should not work. This said, we have an SLA of 99,95%
