Facebook feed is just blank all of a sudden

    Hey there!

    My client updated the plugin and all of a sudden noticed the Facebook feed was no longer working properly. I know the most recent update was for Twitter but this is where we are at.

    I restored the previous version, turned off all plugins, switched themes and all my other typical “tricks” without success.

    When looking at the source code it appeared as if there was simply nothing feeding in to the plugin from Facebook.

    As I am sure you understand, I had to replace the feed for now with an alternate option but would like to know if anyone else is facing this problem. Thanks!

    Placed the shortcode back into the theme template this morning to send you a link and it simply works again. Not sure what happened but if the glitch reoccurs I will follow your instructions and get back to you. Please keep this support ticket open for now in case I need to be back in touch.

    Ah it sounds like it was a cache issue then. In order to keep things fast by default the feeds cache (or save) for a set amount of time.

    Next time you have a issue try Clearing the cache by clicking to Feed Them tab > Settings > Global Options > Clear cache

    You can also change the cache time setting here if needed.
