password protect not granting access to galleries

  • Hi All,
    I have a couple of issues with the Sunshine photo cart.
    1) we have a password protected gallery (Grant and Lisa) which when entering a password (right or wrong) provides no feedback and doesn’t grant access to the gallery. I have tried updating wordpress and all plugins to the latest versions, deactivating and re activating the plugin, using a different theme all to no avail.

    2) I tried setting a different theme in the settings of the plugin and now even tho I have set the theme back to using my wordpress theme, the change hasn’t saved properly because it’s using the sunshine theme.

    Any ideas what I could try next?

  • It sounds like a cache issue. So even though you enter a password, it keeps loading the cached version of the page. Try disabling any cache plugins you may have to see if that is it.
