    Hi Guys,

    when somebody has forgotten their password and they ask for a password reset. In the e-mail they receive there is no link to reset the password.

    We are using the latest version of the plugin.

    Please advise

    Hi Eric,

    Please could you try the following steps for me?

    1.) Deactivate the plugin

    2.) Via FTP, find your active theme folder and delete the folder /emails from the woocommerce directory there. It would be at wp-content/your-theme/woocommerce/emails

    3.) Reactivate the plugin

    4.) Test

    Pretty sure this should solve the issue.

    By way of explanation… An older version of the plugin contained this bug in the email templates. Those templates were copied into your theme. Deactivating the plugin does not delete that folder, so although the issue was fixed in the plugin, in your site’s case it’s still getting the old templates from your theme. Deleting that folder then re-activating the plugin will re-copy the new templates to your theme.

    Hi Maeve,

    unfortenately this did not solve the issue. The plain text e-mail is giving the link but the html version is not showing the link

    What more can we do?
