    Hello,

    I don’t see the refunds on the invoice.
    How can I show this?

    Hi @tapemuzik,

    You should create a credit note for refunds. You can do this with our PDF Invoices Pro plugin.

    @tapemuzik – in addition to Michaels answer, note that in most countries it is not allowed to alter the invoice after it has been issued, so adjusting the amounts for the refund would technically be considered fraud. This is why we have created these separate credit notes so you have an invoice that stays the same, which is then countered by a credit note (negative invoice, or positive credit invoice – this is a setting in the plugin).
