Now I have bought Pro. But it adds itself as a new, own plugin…
Do I have to build up the entire form and make all the settings again?

In the lite version I got the form to work at once, but not here in pro =(

As per the screenshot, I think you need to choose the “Centered” layout in Popup Styles in plugin settings.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones.
