Purchased Pro Version and its not working

    After installing the plugin, it request username and password. I put username and password, and then it asks me to select license, I select the license from drop down selector, and press “Link to this domain” And the page refreshes, and there is a message:

    Invalid or unassigned license

    Your license could not be validated. Maybe you forgot to link a license to this domain. If that is the case, please link one license below:

    And same goes everytime It just do nothing, In https://backup-guard.com/admin/ website, it shows everytime i tried to connect the site but never validates or something

    Username in backup-guard.com is [email protected]

    @svipic, as Mark stated in your support ticket, the problem was related to the package hosted on Envato! So, we just downloaded your product from your dashboard (https://backup-guard.com) and installed that version. All find there now!

    BTW: Our developers are working on this and will release an update where this issue will be resolved. Anyway, if anybody who bought the plugin from Envato Marketplace face this issue, I’d recommend to download the package from our server and check that version instead.
