I have a plugin “Modern events Calender” in which I post my upcoming events on my website. Using this plugin, it gives my clients the ability to book and pay for an event using wooCommerce.
Now in connection with WooCommerce, I have a payment gateway with allows the user to pay using the redirection method, and takes the user to the page of a local bank for them to enter their card details.
Now, the problem is that many of my clients have tried to book and pay for an event, and once they click on the button “Checkout”, they are faced with a “Your cart is empty message”
This happens only with the Events, and not with my e-shop where I have physical products for purchase.

    WooCommerce version: 3.2.0

    Quick update.

The problem with “Your cart is empty” seems to happen to all users, except, if someone has visited my e-shop, clicked to order an item, without purchasing it, (just putting it into the cart) and then going to book and pay for an event. That is the only scenario where the user would be able to complete this order and pay for an event.

What could be a solution to this problem?

Sounds like a caching issue, try check with your hosting provider how the cache and cookies are configured.

    Hey @kyriakos01

Did you get this sorted? If this is only happening with those event products, then my advice would be to reach out to the support of the Modern Events Calendar plugin.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Thanks,
