duplicate readme.md file

    hello!

    I’ve just noticed that version 3.2.1 contains two readme files:
    readme.md
    README.md

    when I try to update my local site from svn (I use externals to pull all the plugins into the project), it goes crazy because it cannot have both files. it sees them as same name, at least in windows.

    I have tried only on my local project for now, not sure if this will happen in a server too..

    and the new version also seems to create a css glitch in the page navigation arrows within the admin, on any page with a list of posts. It kinda makes the page-number input to be larger and pushes the rest below.

    doesn’t happen with 3.2.0
