Backup freezes at 80%

    Backup freezes at 80%. No error on the logs.

    First log:

    This problem has been solved in the latest update of Backup WD plugin. Please install version 1.0.6/2.0.6 and the issue will be fixed on your site.

    Please also note, that the issue was coming from Dropbox API library, rather than Backup WD.

    Tried updating and get an error:

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Apache Server at whatscooking.ronel.co.uk Port 80

    When I try to deactivate the plugin, my whole site goes down for a few minutes.

    Despite the error message and wordpress crashing twice when I try to disable, it says its now v1.0.6. However, it still gets stuck.

    Please, note that the issue is coming from the server as said in the message the “The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request”. Have you received any feedback from the server administrator?
