    I’m getting this error message whenever I publish a new post and try to post it to Apple News using the plugin…

    There has been an error with the API: WRONG_SIGNATURE

    Not sure why it’s coming up now, but have also noticed that my posts aren’t updating in Apple News when I update them in WordPress with content changes. I don’t know if there’s a connection between the two, but would like to get this resolved if I can. Any suggestions?

    We’ve found the solution to this!
    We enabled debug in plugin settings and found this message:

    [body] => {"errors":[{"code":"WRONG_SIGNATURE"}]}

? ? ? ? ? ? [code] => 401
? ? ? ? ? ? [message] => Unauthorized
? ? ? ? )

    Despite the fact that in API settings in AppleNews and in plugin KEY ID and SECRET are the same, AppleNews did not authorise the plugin. We've re-generated the KEY ID and SECRET and now it works.
    We experienced this problem after there were some problems with AppleNews on iCloud.com. Obviously, after these problems Apple lost part of credential database....

    Hello! I’m experiencing the same issue, but the messages I received are the following:

    There has been an error with the API: WRONG_SIGNATURE

    The following JSON errors were detected: Invalid unicode character sequences were found that could cause display issues on Apple News: ”—, ’”
