I’ve created a shortcode with WP Google Maps, and entered in into a Popup Builder plugin.

It displays an empty vertical line.

The popup is set to launch on click –?to test, click the “(location)” link on the left side of the homepage (underneath the “House Café” logo).

    to view page:
    user: teote
    pass: stagecoach

I’ve inserted the shortcode into the very bottom of the page (no popup), and it displays perfectly.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Dear @richardmiller-1,

We checked your site and noticed you have selected the Auto mode of the Responsive mode of our Popup Dimensions.
The auto option is supposed to take the maximum size of the content and make it responsive.
Our plugin is not able count the content size of your current shortcode, so we suggest to add some Width to the popup in the Responsive mode, to make it load appropriately.
You can use 60% for example in this case.

    I’ve just entered 60%.

Now the popup shows up with a width, but the Google Map fails to load –?it’s just a blank rectangle.

    Dear @richardmiller-1,

Seems there’s a JS initialization issue on your site.
    That’s causing the issue.
