• Hi,

How do you add placeholder within input fields. And such that you customize this placeholder to whatever text you want. Is there a PHP way?

    Thanks.

    Hi, @kbooshco!

If you go to MailPoet > Forms, you can edit your existing form (or create a new one). Then if you mouseover each field you added, you’ll see an “Edit display” option.

Click on it and you’ll be able to edit the placeholder text and choose if you want to display or not label within the input.

O, my God, Bruna, how come I never saw that? I tried it and the layout looks better and simpler and slimmer.

Thanks a lot for jumping in!

But I’ll still leave the verdict out on this because some clients may want a label separate and for the input field to have placeholder text.
