Profile Form

  • Hi,

    Please I installed the Ultimate member plugin and edited registration and login forms and everything is working properly, then I added some fields to the PROFILE FORM, in the LIVE PREVIEW these fields appear and everything is OK, but when I check the USER PAGE, I can’t see these added fields nor the UPDATE PROFILE and CANCEL buttons as shown in the live preview!!??

    How can I solve this problem??

    Hi @monaabdelkader,

    Please go to the Ultimate member -> Settings and Setup section and make sure that you have correctly assigned your User page.
    Go to your user page and make sure that you have the profile form shortcode there, you can find this shortcode in Ultimate member -> Forms and your profile form.
