I’m having this same issue. I noticed that both you and I are using the amp plugin and the Opt-In Forms plugin. Thing the issue is with the combo of the two.

ACtually never tried to input that code, as I got no response on where to put it (guessing it goes in the header though).

Interesting thought, that Opt-in Forms may be screwing things up…

Note that amp-form will be supported in 0.7 without requiring any manual inclusion of the amp-form component script.

@magius72 Here is how you can get amp-form included in the mean time. Add the following to your theme’s functions.php or a plugin:

add_filter( 'amp_post_template_data', function( $data ) {
	$data['amp_component_scripts'] = array_merge(
		$data['amp_component_scripts'],
		array(
			'amp-form' => 'https://cdn.ampproject.org/v0/amp-form-latest.js',
		)
	);
	return $data;
} );

Google alerted me to a new issue appeared after I added the code:

The tag ‘FORM [method=GET]’ requires including the ‘amp-form’ extension JavaScript.
