Can’t Login to Keyy account

Hi, I am trying to login to my Keyy account but the login page https://getkeyy.com/my-account/ only shows the Keyy Wave / QR Code login option.

My mobile device was replaced and Keyy is not currently functioning on the device. On the Keyy website login page it says “Don’t have Keyy setup? Login below / Learn more” but there is no username/password option below that area.

Secondly, I am trying to setup Keyy on my mobile device. One the Keyy FAQs page it says “If you had not previously backed up your account, then after installing Keyy on a new device and entering your email address, you will need to choose the option to reset your account, and possibly de-activate Keyy on affected websites in order to be able to log back in.”

Where is the option to “reset your account”? I don’t see it in the Keyy mobile device app. If it is on the Keyy website I may be able to access this once the previously listed issue is resolved.
