Theme not showing on external views

Hi folks.

I am new to wordpress, but have managed to get it up and running on my own soon to be web server.

The problem I am having is that the themes are only visible locally and not when i got to the website from another machine or fron the internet. along with the themes not displaying, i also can not log in via the log in link(shows page cannot be displayed).

I assume there may be a permission or setup error on my part, can anyone help guide me on a solution to this issue.
