Cyclic 302 redirect at all posts in the 0.9.63 version

Hello! After the update 0.9.63 on my site, a cyclical redirect 302 on amp and non-amp posts. In the categories (archives), pages and on the main page everything is ok. In this case, everything is fine in the version 0.9.62. I tried different settings, including disabling the AMP Category Base URL Remover, but it helps only to disable the main plugin.
