Checkout page not loading when 2nd checkout options are added

  • Hi,

    Upon activating 2nd checkout option, where express is the first, when clicking on the proceed to checkout, it results in reloading the cart page.

    I activated the Braintree option and GoUrl bitcoin, doesn’t seem to matter which one it is as if deactivated, the checkout page work just fine.

    Hi Dennis,

    I’m a little confused. You’re saying Express works fine on its own, but when you try to activate any other gateway along with it then the Proceed to Checkout button doesn’t work properly…do I understand correctly?

    Are you familiar with using Chrome/Firebug Console to troubleshoot potential jQuery conflicts? That’s my first hunch.

    Yes, you understand correctly and yes, I know Console.

    I did some testing on this and ….

    When the Braintree Payment Gateway is enabled, the cart page reloads and refuse to go to checkout page when I click the button

    When I disable the Braintree Payment Gateway, checkout page load

    Seems to have nothing to do with GoUrl gateway

    The console does not show anything related to this error, only a handful of links to old images that seems not to be where they should. I cannot see how a few images can be interfering into Breaintree, prevent it loading the checkout page.

    There might be a conflict with a woo plugin, I just don’t have the time now to test as I was moving this site to a new server and need to go through other stuff, no the Braintree did not work on this site on the old server! ??

    Okay, that’s odd. We don’t have any other reports of this, and we aren’t able to reproduce it ourselves. If you could please submit a ticket here and provide temporary login credentials for your site so we can troubleshoot directly we’ll be happy to take a look.
