Template for Events Help Please

Currently experimenting with Elementor page layout, along with Everywhere Elementor Pro (for making templates) Using the above plugins I can produce a nice looking Location Layout however I’m having real problems with a layout for Events

I have the following working (or can work)
Event Title, Event Categories, Event Author, Event Featured Image, Event Description and the Google Map (but see other question about that)

What I need is a way of bringing in the date information, and the ability to make bookings, I tried the https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/placeholders/ instructions but all I get out is this
