Is it possible to import data from a CSV (specifically PayPal)?

I have CSV exports of all of my transactions that I would like to import into Nari but I do not see an import option.

I am a developer, and I manage other developers so I could build an extension to do this. But I wanted to check and see if there was already a way to do this. Or could I use WP Import All to do it?
